We back up the files on the webserver daily to our own local server. We also do a daily dump of the database that gets backed up with it, which is kept for one week; weekly backups are kept for one month; and monthly backups are kept for one year.

• For Files: If downtime is experienced, the files will be restored to the day before the downtime.
• For Database: If downtime is experienced, the database will be restored to the day before the downtime.

These backups are intended to restore a sites/servers functionality in the event of a major service outage, and not in the case of accidental data loss. If you accidentally lose/destroy data from your own site, it may be recoverable. Submit a ticket outlining what you would like to restore, and you will be provided a quote regarding the time/cost to complete the restoration.
